How long does it take to find a tenant?

Most properties we manage are leased within 2 to 4 weeks. We use professional photography, listings syndicated across all major platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, Zumper, and more), and proactive outreach to minimize your vacancy time.

How do you screen tenants?

We run comprehensive background checks including credit reports, criminal history, eviction records, income and employment verification, and prior landlord references, all while staying fully compliant with fair housing law. We only place tenants we'd trust in our own properties.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire Phoenix metro, including Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Goodyear, and Cave Creek. We also manage properties in Tucson and Northern Arizona (Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, and Payson).

Yes. Our thorough screening minimizes the need, but when necessary we manage the full process: serving the proper notices, court filing, and coordination with the Maricopa County justice court system from start to finish, in full compliance with Arizona law.
